# Bellerin talks Dan Crowley

Spanish right back Hector Bellerin has been talking up Dan Crowley’s potential in an interview with [*Arsenal Player*](https://www.arsenal.com/news/news-archive/20150713/bellerin-look-out-for-talented-crowley) ahead of the club’s Singapore Tour, saying that the 17 year old midfielder is a “really big talent”.

*“He showed it last year with the under-21s and his technique is really good.*

*“He’s a player who likes to have the ball at his feet. He just needs a bit more experience and the tour is going to give him that.”*

Crowley, who is yet to decide whether he wants to play for England or the Republic of Ireland, joined Arsenal from Aston Villa for a fee of £880,000 two years ago, when he was just 15-years-old. Having impressed for the u18s, Crowley was quickly promoted to the Under 21s, and has also featured in Arsenal’s UEFA Youth League squads, becoming a regular for both sides.

Although he mainly plays on the left wing at present, cutting inside on his right foot, Crowley has been widely tipped as a future Arsenal number 10, due to his excellent passing and technical ability. With a talent for free-kicks and an eye for goal from open play, he has excited many of those involved in Arsenal’s youth teams.

Bellerin continued and stated: *“He’s definitely a player to look out* *for”.*
