Against Stoke City, despite being on a hat-trick, The Gabon international was unselfish and allowed Alexandre Lacazette to take a penalty so he could get on the scoresheet.
Despite Arsenal failing to win a game away, the fantastic link up play between the strikers was on display in the game against Newcastle United with Aubameyang wonderfully spotting a run from the Frenchman who couldn’t miss from six yards out to give them the lead.

He also found his strike partner for an assist in the match against West Ham where Arsenal won 4-1.
He faces tough competition for the award, with Christian Eriksen, Jake Livermore, Jordan Pickford, Paul Pogba, Raheem Sterling and Wilfried Zaha also nominated.
