Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has claimed that he was worried about how he would get on with Alexandre Lacazette when he arrived at the club.
Aubameyang has revealed that he was not “100%” about Lacazette due to a troubled relationship he had with Lyon players in the past.
The Gabon international faced Lyon a number of times during his days in the French league with St Etienne.
The forward joined Arsenal in January from Borussia Dortmund for a club-record fee thought to be in the region of £57m.

Speaking to The Evening Standard, Aubameyang said this:
My friend Lacazette was at Lyon when I was at St Etienne. He’s a player I appreciate and was good for me when I arrived here as he’s a nice person, very positive.
I wasn’t 100 per cent sure about him when I came here as there were some Lyon players I didn’t get on well with but he wasn’t someone I had problems with when I played against them.
I’m really happy to get to know someone so positive and he helped me settle into the dressing room.
Lacazette and Aubameyang have scored Premier League goals between them for Arsenal this season.
Aubameyang has only started eight times in the English top-flight, though, scoring six goals.
Lacazette, meanwhile, has scored 11 goals in 23 games since joining from Lyon last summer.
