Arsenal midfielder Reiss Nelson is set to sign a new contract with the club soon.
According to the Islington Gazette, Nelson is set to sign an extended contract with Arsenal after his recent form.
Nelson was rewarded with a Premier League start, and impressed, against Southampton at the weekend.
Arsenal won 3-2 and Nelson was praised for his energetic performance.

He has lined up at right-wing back and as a right winger for Arsenal’s first-team this season, showing the trust that Arsene Wenger has in him.
The 18-year-old looks set for a bright future at The Emirates and the club are keen to tie him down to a long-term contract.
Nelson has been a regular in Arsenal’s Europa League run this season, a competition in which they are expected to go through to the semi-finals on Thursday,
Winning the Europa League is Arsenal’s only realistic chance of having Champions League football next season.
