According to the Evening Standard, Nacho Monreal is a doubt for Arsenal’s Europa League tie against AC Milan with a back injury.
In Arsenal’s 3-0 defeat in the Carabao Cup to Manchester City on Sunday, Monreal was forced off in 26 minutes with a back injury, and he is now doubtful for what could be Arsenal’s biggest game this season.
Monreal has been one of the very few Arsenal players to not come under criticism from the Arsenal faithful this campaign, and he will be a huge miss to the side against Manchester City on Thursday and Brighton on Sunday, which he is certain to be ruled out for.
