Arsenal travel to Championship club Nottingham Forest as they begin the defence of their FA Cup trophy having beat Chelsea in last seasons final.
Arsenal have struggled on the road for large parts this season and this encounter will provide another tough test for Arsene Wenger’s men.
The Gunners have got much bigger fish to fry this season but they will still name a strong XI in this match against the Championship side.
Last time out Arsenal claimed a 2-2 draw against Chelsea at the Emirates thanks to a late Hector Bellerin strike which was much deserved and a vital result for the north London club ahead of another busy month which sees them also play in the Carabao Cup semi-finals.
Arsenal will ring the changes in this encounter but we’ve predicted how Wenger will select his team against Nottingham Forest.
GK - David Ospina
After not featuring as much as he would have liked lately, I would expect the Arsenal number two to come in for this one.
RB - Mathieu Debuchy
Having performed well in a number of the cup games this season I think that Debuchy will come back into the fold.
CB - Per Mertesacker
Like Ospina, the German hasn’t had to many chances of late and should be given an opportunity in this one.
CB - Rob Holding
He played against Chelsea during the week but hasn’t played too much of late and should start.
LB - Ainsley Maitland-Niles
After impressing recently the youngster should start against the Championship outfit.
CM - Mohamed Elneny
Elneny should start this one after limited chances in the first-team this season.
CM - Francis Coquelin
Opportunities have been very hard to come by this season and the Frenchman should start to get some minutes under his belt.
CM - Joe Willock
Another one of the youngsters who has impressed this season and should be given another chance to shine.
RW - Theo Walcott
After not playing too much of late I’d expect Walcott to start this one, despite rumours about his future.
LW - Reiss Nelson
The 17-year-old has been exceptional when he has been given the chance this season and should start.
ST - Danny Welbeck
Welbeck has found game time hard to come by, so he could start in the cup.
