Sevilla midfielder Steven N’Zonzi has flown in to London amid talk of a possible January move to Arsenal, as per a report from Chris Watts of Football London.
The 28-year-old has fallen out with coach Eduardo Berizzo and is apparently up for sale and Arsene Wenger is interested in signing him.
The Frenchman had an argument at half-time of Sevilla’s Champions League clash with Liverpool and the player ended up leaving the stadium.
He has since accused Berizzo of favouritism to other players and has skipped a training session too.
The French international has a £35m release clause in his contract and Wenger is weighing up a potential bid.
Whether his trip to London is linked to Arsenal’s interest remains to be seen but it looks like N’Zonzi’s agent, with Sevilla’s permission, is looking to find him a new club with Everton and Liverpool also being linked with moves for him.
