Petr Cech showcases incredible goalkeeping drill
Arsenal’s defence hasn’t been particularly impressive this season and Petr Cech isn’t standing idly by.
The veteran goalkeeper is still working to improve his game and he’s taken to social media to showcase an incredible goalkeeping drill he’s been doing.

Through the use of rapid-fire ping pong balls and several coloured cones, Cech and the Arsenal coaches have put together a fascinating reaction exercise to test yourself at.
The ball feeder shouts out a coloured cone, which Cech must touch before either one or two ping pong balls are fired at the goalkeeper.
Cech must catch the balls and place them in the box below. Coming out all different speeds and angles, it really puts a goalkeeper’s reactions and hand-eye coordination to the test.
Hopefully, this new drill can help turn Arsenal’s season around as the Gunners already sit nine points back of Manchester City in the Premier League title race and face a real fight for Champions League qualification again.
