Wilshere ponders Arsenal exit to boost World Cup chances
Arsenal’s English midfielder Jack Wilshere is considering quitting the north London club in January to force a move to another Premier League side, according to a report on the Daily Star.
The midfielder is desperate to get regular first-team minutes and it is understood that he wants a move to a Premier League club where he can showcase his talents to England manager Gareth Southgate.
Wilshere is desperate to be selected in the England squad for the 2018 World Cup in Russia and believes that he is not getting the opportunity to do so so far this season for Arsenal.
The midfielder has featured twice in the UEFA Europa League for Arsenal this season and has been impressive, but the midfielder is yet to appear in the Premier League.
Arsenal will only consider selling Wilshere permanently and any loan approaches made for the Englishman will be turned down by the Gunners.
Wilshere will need to make a permanent move in January and Arsenal have previously scared off clubs that have been interested by slapping a £20m price tag on him.
Wenger still believes that Wilshere can get back to his best and is easing him back into action but Wilshere is getting impatient.
