Riyad Mahrez is evidently keen to secure a move away from Leicester City this summer, and according to reports in France, a switch to Arsenal is his top priority.

The Algerian international submitted a formal transfer request to the chiefs at Leicester at the end of last season and although there has been interest in his signature since, there is yet to be any concrete movement this summer.
Mahrez has been in pre-season action with the Foxes and although he is keen to depart the club when the opportunity arises, he is waiting on a move to Arsenal.
Both Roma and the Gunners have been heavily linked with moves for the tricky wide man, but it looks as though the Serie A side are taking the stronger interest, with them having already had bids rejected.
Arsenal, however, are reported to see Mahrez as a backup option in case they fail to land AS Monaco winger Thomas Lemar this summer.
