Everton, Newcastle and Bournemouth are all reportedly keen to land Arsenal defender Calum Chambers this summer.

It is reported by the Daily Mail that the Gunners are insistent on receiving a fee of around £15 million for the 22-year-old, who is currently with England Under-21’s at the European Championships in Poland.

The former Southampton youngster spent last season on loan at Middlesbrough, but despite his best efforts, could not keep them from being relegated back to the Championship.

It is also understood that newly-promoted Newcastle have also expressed an interest, as well as AFC Bournemouth and German surprise package RB Leipzig.

The Gunners have said they are willing to let Chambers leave in search of first-team football, and will not stand in the way of the player, who only has two years left on his Arsenal contract.

Chambers has not had the desired effect since his £16m move from Southampton, and Rob Holding appears to be a more than reliable candidate in the long-term for Arsenal’s central defence.
