Arsenal join race to sign M’Baye Niang
Arsenal are interested in bringing AC Milan attacker M’Baye Niang to the Emirates Stadium this summer according to TMW. Niang impressed whilst on loan at Watford during the last campaign with his range of trickery and pace.
The 22-year-old scored two goals in 11 games at Vicarage Road and Everton are also said to be interested in signing him.
Arsenal have also been linked to Andrea Belotti from another Serie A club Torino but it is said they have already have had a bid rejected so Wenger has turned his attentions to Niang who has just two years left to run on his contract at Milan.
Watford had an option to sign Niang on a permanent basis but following the departure of Walter Mazzarri it’s not going to be exercised. It is also claimed that the youngster could take the place of French striker Oliver Giroud who has said if he doesn’t get game time will have to leave.
