Arsene Wenger has missed out on the chance to sign both Thomas Lemar and N’Golo Kante for just €15 million.
L’Équipe’s Gilles Favard has claimed that the French boss was offered a deal to secure the signature of both players.

Kante was also a transfer target for the Gunners this summer when it became clear that the midfielder was going to leave Leicester after lifting the Premier League title.
Wenger was in the race to sign Kante but the impressive French midfielder would go on to join Chelsea, where he has since been just as influential.
Lemar has been equally impressive for Monaco, who are sitting top of the pile in Ligue 1.
The young attacker has been linked with a move to the Premier League in the near future, but it appears that anyone looking to bring him to England will have to pay a lot more than Wenger could’ve potentially paid.
