Arsenal are reported to have agreed a deal for Chelsea youngster Domingos Quina, beating the likes of Manchester United, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur to the signing of the teenage sensation.

Chelsea youngsters haven’t been given much chance in the first-team in recent seasons, something they are much criticised for. A number of players have left the club to seek first-team opportunities – Daniel Sturridge and Romelu Lukaku both going on to better things. It is believed that Quina  wants to try a new club to ensure he progresses as quickly as possible.

Arsenal and Arsene Wenger have a track record for giving their youth a chance in the first team and this could be very attractive for the young Portuguese starlet. With the likes of United, Liverpool and Spurs all monitoring the situation as well, Quina has a big decision regarding where his future lies.
