Ajax centre forward Arkadiusz Milik is the man that Arsene Wenger wants to sign in the summer, as he bids to make one final push for Premier League glory before leaving the club.
According to Futbol News, Milik tops the Frenchman’s summer wishlist along with the likes of Granit Xhaka and tying down both Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez to long-term contracts.
The Poland international – good friends with Wojciech Szczesny and ex-Gunners target Grzegorz Krychowiak, has scored a stunning 42 goals in 69 Eredivisie games during his time at the Dutch club.
The 22-year-old centre forward is a similar player to Olivier Giroud in his style, strong and commanding in the air while possessing a wonderful ability to finish in the six-yard box.
Should he impress at Euro 2016 in France this summer, it’s unlikely that Ajax would be able to retain their most prised asset in Milik.
