Arsenal centre forward Kaylen Hinds has claimed that he wants to either break into the first-team or go out on loan next season, in order to gain some real experience.
The 18-year-old is a regular for both the under-18’s and under-21’s but is hopeful of a move away in order to gain some regular and competitive experience.
Hinds has impressed up front this season and even went to the under-17 World Cup with England last year, scoring before they were knocked out early in the competition.
The striker earned his first professional contract at the beginning of the current season and is looking to fast track his progress by breaking into the first-team, and failing that, he, as reported by the club’s official website, wants to go out on a loan move elsewhere.
I am looking to continue my development with the under-21s this year and hopefully will feature in some way in the first team squad between now and the end of the season. I am hoping to go out on loan next year to get some first-team experience at a club where I will get a lot of games which will further progress my development.
The likes of Francis Coquelin, Hector Bellerin and Jack Wilshere all spent loan spells away from the club and are now first-team regulars, and the 18-year-old wants to follow in their footsteps.
We are focused on Man City now and the prize of winning the FA Youth Cup which has been won by so many players who have gone on to become top senior professionals and Jack Wilshere and Francis Coquelin are just two from our current first team and we want to follow in their footsteps.
