Arsenal face Barcelona on Wednesday evening in the UEFA Champions League round of 16 second leg, looking to overturn a 2-0 deficit when they visit the Camp Nou.

A second half brace from Lionel Messi, including a late penalty, sealed the result for the defending European champions at the Emirates Stadium.

While it’s unlikely that such a feat will happen – given that the Spanish side are currently unbeaten in over 30 games, and boast the front trio of Messi, Neymar and Luis Suarez, stranger things have happened.

If Arsenal set up right tactically and go into the game knowing that they have absolutely nothing to lose, anything could happen.

Football is a funny game and if the north London side somehow take the lead at the Camp Nou, the momentum could see them over the line, meaning they could just achieve the improbable.

What are the greatest Champions League comebacks ever?
