Arsenal training report: Reine-Adelaide joins in and Macey expected in squad
Ahead of Arsenal’s game against Tottenham Hotspur at White Hart Lane this weekend, the lads trained at London Colney.
The story from the training session is that Petr Cech, out with injury, missed out and is expected to sit out for at least three-four weeks.

Teammate Laurent Koscielny was also absent, with Arsene Wenger confirming that the Frenchman should be fit to return for next weekend’s game against West Bromwich Albion.

Matt Macey took part in training as he usually does and is expected to take Cech’s place in the squad this weekend, although it is David Ospina who has been confirmed to start in the North London Derby.

Youngster Jeff Reine-Adelaide also joined in the training session with the team, having done so on multiple occasions recently. He’s unlikely to be involved with the squad, however.

Mesut Ozil, Alexis Sanchez, Gabriel, Aaron Ramsey and Mohamed Elneny all trained, as did Joel Campbell – who is expected to be given another start after his impressive midweek performance in which he scored.

The Gunners’ squad is likely to be similar to that of Wednesday’s, bar the absence of Cech.
