‘Arsenal will try to take Bruno Soriano from Villarreal’, according to Italian journalist Emanuele Giulianelli.
Soriano, 31, would provide much-needed experience and steel to the Arsenal midfield, and at such a late stage in his career, could be the key man to provide a solid back-up choice to the talented 24-year-old Francis Coquelin.
The Villarreal man has been at the club for the entirety of his senior career, making well over 250 appearances and is the current captain of the side, but could be prised away from the Gunners, if he is interested in a new challenge away from the club he has been at since 2004.

Giulianelli failed to mention any price tag that Arsenal have offered for the Spanish international, who has made six appearances for his nation.
The Gunners were expected to make an offer for Sevilla midfielder Grzegorz Krychowiak , but if Giulianelli is correct, Arsene Wenger will pursue the Spanish midfielder.
