Arsenal winger Wellington Silva has joined Bolton Wanderers on a season-long loan.
The 22-year-old Brazilian is yet to make a single competitive appearance for the Gunners, and the loan to Bolton comes after rejecting Hertha Berlin, according to German outlet Bild.
Wellington’s loan move to Bolton is his sixth, after having spent time at Levante, Alcoyano, Ponferradina, Real Murcia and Almeria.

The tough competition that the Brazilian would face at Arsenal this season means that he has had to move out on loan once again, with Aaron Ramsey currently occupying the right side of midfield, and the likes of Theo Walcott, Alexis Sanchez, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Joel Campbell all also vying for a place in the side.
It is unlikely that Wellington will make an appearance for Arsenal anytime soon, but manager Arsene Wenger has refused to rule out his future at the club, meaning a loan move away from the club was the best option for both parties, and Bolton were the club of the Brazilian’s choosing.
